Meet the Crew
The real-deal people behind the shop, riders first, every one. From the fitting to the floor to the service bench, you're dealing with folks who actually ride and know their stuff.
Eric didn't get into bikes to run a business, he got into business because he couldn't get out of bikes. Born-and-raised Las Vegan, racing since the mid-'90s, he's wrenched at just about every shop in town. In 2020 he opened BikeBrain. Cat 3 road racer and expert-class MTB racer, he runs every ID Match fitting personally and trains every mechanic on the bench. Factory certified on Bosch, Shimano, and Fazua.
Runs the service department and keeps the whole bench dialed, road, gravel, mountain, and the e-bikes most shops won't touch. If your bike comes in for work, Oliver makes sure it leaves better than it showed up.
Heads up the floor, and he rides everything on it. Tell him how and where you ride and he'll point you to the right bike, the honest way, no upsell.
Keeps the whole place running, and usually the first face you see when you walk in. Anything you need sorted, she's already on it.
